Open positions
Program Manager
You will take a leading role in managing transformation project for Actensa clients. They expect you to have experience from stakeholder management and strong team leader skills. You are structured in the way you shape your governance, planning and reporting of your projects. You are experienced in working according to Agile principles as well as traditional waterfall project planning methods, most likely you possess a couple recognized project manager certifications. As a person you are strong team player and willing to share your knowledge. You have strong social skills and is quick to establish yourself as a leader with client teams.

We believe you hold an M.Sc or similar and have more than 5 years of experience from senior project manager roles. You have experience of leading projects for enterprise clients with international presence. The domain expertise (i.e governance, strategy, infrastructure, and security) will help you coach and challenge your team members. Experience from working in banking and/or insurance industry is truly appreciated.
Infrastructure Architect
You will take a leading role in requirement specification and system design for our clients. They expect you to drive the technical solutioning as well as managing a team of technical specialists. You are structured in the way you analyze problems and present solution options. As a person you are strong team player and willing to share your knowledge. You have strong social skills and is quick to establish yourself as a trusted member of the project teams.

Your previous roles have been to lead the technical workstreams through analyses, design and implementation. You have an proficiency in infrastructure and network development. Able to drive work for open source as well as propriety technologies.
